The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with FORMUNIFORM through LTD 'PANGRAMA' (“FORMUNIFORM”, “us ” or “we”), at the FORMUNIFORM website, mobile website or via telephone (jointly referred to as “formuniform.com”).
By using www.formuniform.com and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.formuniform.com.
We may modify the Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those on www.formuniform.com at the time you place your order. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms and Conditions then please immediately stop using the website.
Prices & Delivery Charges
The product price is the price displayed for the product at the online shop at the time of ordering. Prices are liable to change at any time and without notice, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you our confirmation.
All prices stated on the www.formuniform.com online shop are in EURO. Shipping costs are not included. We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING.
We will dispatch the approved orders as quickly as possible and in the order that they have been received. Depending on delivery method and time of placing the order, delivery normally takes about 1 – 7 working days. (Monday – Friday)
Delivery times may vary depending on where the order is to be delivered. Occasional delays may occur during peak periods or in the case of unexpected events. At the latest, orders will be delivered within a thirty day window from placing the order. In the unlikely event that your delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.
If you have given us your email address, you will receive a confirmation with your expected delivery details.
Taxes & Duties
For delivery to countries, that are part of the European Union, prices already include VAT (21%). All countries within the European Union are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, where taxes and duties are included in the price.
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that are set once the package reaches the country. In this case an order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means that the price is exclusive of all taxes and duties. Charges for each order may differ as those are imposed directly by countries’ local customs.

We offer our customers a secure and convenient method for making payments online using PayPal. PayPal uses industry-leading security measures to ensure that your financial information is kept private.

Colours
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and composition of our products that appear on www.formuniform.com. If there are colour differences between the colours shown on the website on your computer and the actual colours of the garments, this may be due to the colour reproduction on your computer.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days to return or to exchange.
We’ll give you a full refund (or difference, if any, in the case of exchanges) by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that items are returned clean, unworn and unwashed.
The recipient is responsible for paying for return shipping costs. If you require an exchange we will happily despatch the replacement item free of charge. Please consider using a trackable shipping service. We do not accept responsibility for any item lost on return. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through FORMUNIFORM.
